The Yodock Traffic Control System is centered around the patented ballastable energy disbursement cell (EDC) know as the Models 2001 & 2001m. Flasher Equipment Company is Certified by Texas Transportation Institute and Texas Department of Transportation to provide regularly markings monitored to ensure that they do not fall below the specified retro-reflectivity level and therefore recommended safety levels. All road markings will deteriorate over time, due to general weathering and the number of wheel passages.
