Flasher is in the 4th year of a 5 year Performance Maintenance Project for
TX Dot. This is the largest striping contract
ever awarded in the State of Texas . This project consists of maintaining all pavement
markings on State maintained roadways in Bexar, Comal and Guadalupe Counties . The
project includes doing evaluations of all pavement markings, Mobile Retroreflectivity
Readings and callout work. All existing pavement markings will be brought up to
current TxDOT Standards, including removal of all nonreflective raised pavement
markings.
